It appears so. I didn't test that theory because I didn't want to deface someone else's site... but all indications were that I could have done anything. My thoughts... if someone is running a business like that, a competitor could surreptitiously redirect the hyperlinks to the competing site... My guess was that these sites were using IIS... and possibly an older version... since Apache sites seem more secure.
