[wdvltalk] Photo name key

I have a number of photographs of groups of people and want to make an 
"outline" of each so I can number the individuals and then provide a key to 
the names and some other details about them. How can I do this? I have 
Adobe Photoshop 5 and Paintshop 7 available to me but can't find in either 
how to do this.

As always, help appreciated.
