They need good technical backup and competitive pricing.
I was about to transfer all my clients from the existing company due to lack of proper tech support but suddenly find the planned company wants each client to pay their own account separately rather than me paying and invoicing my client!
I need to make a fast decision as two accounts were about to be moved today! (Not a good situation to be in for making decisions!!)
