Wouldn't that include any browser and any web server which executes Perl,
PHP, Python etc code on behalf of a visitor, either through CGI or SAPI
methods?

That could be a big problem.  This is the kind of stupid, way-to-general
patent that I hate!  How did they get such a stupid patent in the first
place?
