Don't you, Stephen, I wondered about this after I wrote it. I kept saying to myself, I can't be correct on this issue. How would a font name be written otherwise?

In this case, it is correct. Font names containing spaces should be surrounded in quotes, so they are not interpreted as individual font names. see the spec at:
