That's because you have the form action set to "mailto:";

method="post"

You'd need to set it to a response page that would then process the
input fields and mail them to you.

To do this your host will have to support asp or sendmail or something
similar.

If I hit the SUBMIT buttom I get a Outlook email window instead of it
simply
and only send me the form responce - Your Name and Address etc. I want
just
the responce to be sent not a new email message window. The URLis:
