If this is the case (it isn't installed) then I recommend looking at PHP, I used to program ASP, but found PHP easier to code, it's now all I use and I've forotten most of the ASP I used to know. (it's probably redundant now, it was all 2.0 stuff, none of this .net/C# stuff!)
