I'm not quite sure what you mean by "NNTP hosting". Do you mean that you want access to a decent NNTP news server? If so, I've found Claranews to be very good - they're extremely quick and reliable, and cheap too. http://www.clara.net/ I'm assuming that's what you meant by NNTP hosting? Or, you want to provide NNTP news server access to your customers? If that's the case, I don't know of anywhere that does that.
