I know our pages are somewhat lacking in the search ranking department - we should be happy that we get the referrals we get. The issue is a recent one, because my new partner has a much better eye for design than me, so he does the templates and I fill in the content. But, he uses a wysiwig program (NetObjects Fusion), thus all the top-heavy js script. It's an issue, but we're getting so much more work, I believe because our pages look so nice .... it's a cop-out, I know. It will catch up with us in the long run.
