I heard back from the hosting service and I think that FTP will work. FTP will normally disable a site if there are any FP extensions used. However, in this case I have a page with no extensions and it is in its own folder. So it will be OK to use FTP.
My solution for today (as it is the quickest and easiest and cheapest) is for the other person to download Mozilla and use the Composer feature to update the page. I have tested it on my side and it works great. So later today she will get Mozilla up and running and try it out. If it works ( and I don't see any reason why it won't) this will be a great coup. We can each update the page for what we are working on, it is a simple page with few formatting issues, and will keep us up to date on who is doing what on our various client projects. I will check into the subweb idea for security. Thanks to all who responded. I am saving all the messages as there were some very good ideas suggested and I will be testing them out for other ideas I would like to implement. Janet ----- Original Message ----- From: "Cheryl D.
