Thanks for all the info, especially your statement below. Unfortunately, I will have to set up the client's website to retrieve meteorological data as stated before in my earlier posts.


He wants the software from that website used, and not any other type.
It's a shame because he's willing to pay a very good amount for the work. I sent an email to the Meteo company asking for some information and if I get a reply from them that helps me to decide, great, and I'll go for the project. I know it's going to be a huge amount of work though, but my current workload is light right now.
