Great design, as usual! A few extremely minute critiques:
It looks like you have a broken image link in the middle of your grey horizontal bar. If I'm not mistaken, that's a shim that ain't shimming. You used tables. Tsk, tsk. :) I throw in my vote that the looping flash is annoying. I would suggest putting pause, left and right buttons on the lower right hand side. That way, everyone will be happy and we can browse through the images if we want. Your menu seems a little clunky with all those cells and shims. You may want to get a slimmer, more beautiful version using css and unordered lists. Your keyword meta tag has too many words. I think it is only supposed to be 250 characters.
