Joseph Expressions was bought my Microsoft not long ago and they made the "upgrade" available as a free download. Available in both Mac and PC versions from http://www.microsoft.com/products/expression/default.asp?pg=dl It is listed as beta that does not expire and from the reports I've seen it does not check for a qualifying product to install or use. It is a vector based graphics program like Illustrator and Freehand.
