Most likely a missing tag or bracket. IE is a very forgiving browser and will try to figure out what you meant and display that.
Run your site through the W3C validator http://validator.w3.org/ and see what is wrong with the code. FWIW, when you have a display issue it is best if you post a link to the page otherwise we are guessing in the dark when a simple look at the code could provide the correct solution immediately. Cheryl D. Wise Certified Professional Web Developer Microsoft FrontPage MVP http://wiserways.com -----Original Message----- From: Portman I recently switched to Firefox. I found today that when I updated a client's website, the updated page would not show in Firefox even after reloading a bunch of times. When I opened IE and tried, the new page appeared right away. Does anyone know why this is and how to fix it? ____ The WDVL Discussion List from WDVL.COM ____ To Join wdvltalk, Send An Email To: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] or use the web interface http://e-newsletters.internet.com/discussionlists.html/ Send Your Posts To: [email protected] To change subscription settings, add a password or view the web interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/read/?forum=wdvltalk ________________ http://www.wdvl.com _______________________ You are currently subscribed to wdvltalk as: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
