I think I already told you, Amrit.  FTP is a command line program so you can
just type in 'ftp' when you are connected.  However you will need to know
the basic ftp commands.  Just type 'ftp commands' into Google and look at
the top links that come up and you will see all you need to do.  Let's say
your own Web site was at www.amrit.com, then in your SSH command window you
type:

  ftp amrit.com  (or possibly ftp.amrit.com)

Your remote server will ask you for the ftp username and password, which you
type in.  You then get the ftp> prompt and you are looking at the files and
folders on your (amrit.com) server and can copy files between that server
and the one you are connected to by SSH using the commands like cd to change
folder and put and get to copy files.
