[Unix tip: 'man' stands for 'manual'. Once 'man' has loaded, 'f' moves you forward through the pages, 'b' moves you backwards and 'q' will quit at anytime. You can read the man page for any command, including man itself: man man]
Personally, I think scp would be easier than sftp. It's been a very long time since I ftp'd from the commandline.
