Thanks for your insight Joseph. You are right about the chairman. We had a president who is moving across the country and in the process of transitioning out. We have no replacement-- hence no vision, no organizer, no leader. The rest of the board is trying to pitch in, but we are a ship without a rudder at this point. It was unfortunate that the president resigned at the same time we were facing a downturn in membership.
I will keep watching this list to see if others have ideas-- but you are right-- we need to find a president quickly .
