Hey Gang,

Got a weird one here that I've managed to kludge around, but I'm looking for feedback on whether this behavior is correct, as it doesn't seem so to me.

you'll note that one table appears to fit snugly around the image, while the other does not. It's a single table, which, in essence only has three columns, but needs four with some colspans to lay out correctly. What I ran into is that since I didn't have four cells, side by side in any one row, it was ignoring my colspan declarations and acting as if there were only three columns. To make the second one work, I had to put in a row of empty table cells... and that's just inherently wrong...

So, does anyone know if there's a way around it? Or if this is intended behavior? cause it seems like a broken table model implementation to me... (tested in IE and FF)
