Using Mozilla, there is no problem and all works great and looks great.
Using IE, I can access http://merkuryo.freewebpage.org just fine, but after clicking on ENTER, my browser ends up at this place:
http://www.serverpro.com/plans/compare.htm
I'm not sure whether IFrames work in IE or not, I don't use IFrames.
Also, I don't think you can use <head></head> in frames.
Definitely something strange is happening in IE.
