Hi all,
I spent 3 hours at a client's house yesterday "cleaning up" his computer. He said that it would slow down during the day. I ran spyware and virus scans, I did a disk cleanup and disk defragment and deleted some unnecessary items. He just e-mailed me now and said that his computer still slows down over the course of the day and that his e-mail slows down too. Any ideas? When I googled, I got a lot of answers that it was a spyware problem but running the spyware scan didn't seem to help.
Thanks, Riva
