Kind of a religious war, but I switched from MT to Wordpress about two years ago (actually, almost to the day), and I've never looked back. But, from what I've heard recently, the things that annoyed me most about MT (e.g. rebuilding) are not as much of an issue anymore. Still, I'm very happy with WP (especially with version 1.5's ability to take care of comment spam).
