Thanks Bj and rudy, I'm in and out from this at the moment with other matters demanding my attention; I do see what rudy is saying and I'm going to try to get that working through MyAdmin. At that point I'll be clear enough to take it further.
I am realising that I picked up a lot when I was trying to learn it, too long ago - and it seems to all make more sense. In fact I'm just ahead of rudy in mentioning joins.
