I'm hitting the same error with yours as with rudy's   (#1064)

DATEPART() doesn't seem to be part of this version of MySQL, and I imagine I
would have to use DAYOFMONTH() and MONTH() to extract the information. but
it is getting the same objection as rudy's.

But now I am thinking that MySQL 4.0.15 might not be the one rudy and you
are working to.
