I got some more information about the insurance program I am thinking about writing. It seems pretty straight forward so far. They want to be able to call up a client alphabetically. Once the client is pulled up, there is the usual information (spouse, address, etc.) and a list of the client's policies. They want to be able to click on each policy and view the policy and the correspondence associated with that policy.

The first thing that I can think of is to use soundex searches for calling up the client name.

Regards,
David
