Hi all,
I am on my way out the door but a friend just called in a panic. She
clicked on a pop-up window (yeah, I know) and downloaded an anti-spam
tool. Then the computer wouldn't work properly. I went over there
after having her uninstall the program and tried to run Norton. It kept
giving me errors so I reinstalled it. I hope I did the right thing.
Wasn't sure what to check and in a bit of a panic because I have a job
interview in 30 minutes!! Did I do the right thing? Any advice would
be much appreciated.
