Thanks for the reply. My sister knows very little about computers and
is scared to mess with it.
Dell did tell her that she could call another number and pay for support
- but it is a brand new computer. She did mention that she would
sometimes get to the desktop that would be empty. Other times she would
get the Install New Hardware Wizard but she didn't know what she was
installing. Very disappointing on Dell's part.
