Hi there.. I've been asked to create an work diary. The plan is to have say 30 users, simply flag what days they're free for work, and then the database makes a note. So on the admin front end, I could select a user, and see on a calender what days they're free, and if so, asign them a day to work.
I'd also like a master view, where I can see all emplyees on a company wide calender... So my questions.. So I need a table with every date in it??? (hope not!) Are Any suggestions how to implement this? My first thought would be to give each employee their own entry in an emplyee table. Then just create a new table with simply date - Employee Id then have a PHP script dynamically generate a calender (need help with that one) and then have it populated cross referenced from my date-emp'Id table... any better ideas? Phew!!! Tris... ********************************************************************** This email and any attachments are confidential and intended for the addressee only.
