Hi all, I need to do a mail merge email from a Word document. The document is in Times New Roman font. I am sending the email as plain text. I've been running a few test runs before doing the 'real deal' next week. The text contains a phone number and the problem I'm having is that the dash in the phone number displays as a small rectangle, which I assume is because it is an unknown character for some reason. Is there a better font to use in the Word document or some other solution? I'm using Outlook.
