I have to create a website, using data that is currently in Excel
spreadsheets, for people to update the information online. I also need
to be able to distribute it to people who do not have internet access
(and have old PCs etc) so they can make changes.
I have thought about databases, WIKIs and portals but I don't know
enough about any of them to decide what would work best so I would
appreciate your suggestions.
