probable reason was.
If you want to know that those headers themselves, and all other
headers in email, mean, here's a good readable presentation about mail
headers:

And if you want to see the headers in Outlook, do this:
# Click the "File" menu
# Click "Properties"
# Click the "Details" tab
# Click "Message Source"
Never, ever press send before you are finished.
Do those things with the actual piece of e-mail not in the Outlook
