Er... it's just the web interface to the list... it allows you to read posts through the web interface if that floats your boat, and also change your subscription settings. It's been there for quiet a long time, and is linked to in the footer appended to every list mail: " To change subscription settings, add a password or view the web interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/read/?forum=wdvltalk " :) And yes, this list has been very, very quiet lately...
