Put an index.html that has a stored closed message on it. then check that IIS
is looking for the index.html first in the properties of the website. People
would still be able to get to the other pages directly so you could copy the
store to a sub folder and put an error page up that says the store is closed.
Also done in IIS. If your not hosting it locally the host should have some
type of error page creation.

Hope that helps
Robert
