And I don't know if it matters any more but personally I'd add a space before the closing slash in your input tag and all similar self-closing tags.

It seems that Firefox is more forgiving than IE when it comes to little
things like closing slashes. It's pretty amazing that an entire page can
explode when one is missing but in IE it can. Check these lines out in
your source code:

<legend>Document Metadata</legend>
<ol>
   <li><label for="title">Document Title:<label>
      <input type="text" name="title" id="title" class="text"/>
   </li>

Your closing label tag is missing the slash. When I put one in,
everything falls into place. :)
