Heh, no, I consider decent scripting to be programming too, but I don't
consider HTML programming, I consider it layout/markup/design/tedious.
/me resolves to stick to Python and BASH in future.

As an aside, someone I used to work with once stated that PERL is like

I'm a Perl developer, and, used properly, Perl is a joy to use.
Unfortunately, if you're a bad coder, it does give you more than enough
rope to not only hang yourself but bind, gag and hang the population of
a small village.
