Dreamweaver CS4 has code hinting support for jQuery and I believe there are
extensions available for integrating jQuery in Dreamweaver as well. I don't
know if they work with Dreamweaver CS3 but I expect extensions would even if
the API doesn't.

I've been looking at both Moo Tools and jQuery - so far jQuery seems
easier to understand. My question is - does it help create web aps that
are accessible? (specifically, menus that can be navigated by keyboard
as well as mouse. )

Is there a simple way to plug this library into Dreamweaver CS3?
