Can someone explain the power of each role in regards to
domain names (owner/registrant), admin, tech, and billing
contacts? Can an owner move a site without permission of
tech and admin? Does the owner have to serve in one of the
other roles?
I've been admin and owner and always involved in the moving of
my domains, but never really knew the details.
