Well -- I /tried/ to send another note to the list with the correct URL
-- but I couldn't find this one -- and the WC list was not sending moi
any mail. I haven't gotten any WC mail at [EMAIL PROTECTED] since
Saturday.
Al -- help please? Did I get purged??
And Barry -- it /was/ a Reuters story ... and while the 'experts' were
guarded, they basically said "expect scattered brownouts". The story
focused on the national grid.
