Perform technical account management for accounts in the assigned
territory or with specific named accounts. Conduct product
presentations and/or demonstrations, positioning and consulting
services to prospective users. Conduct technology evaluations;
build mini-applications/prototypes based on customer
requirements. Product installation, evaluation support, problem
diagnosis and resolution. Product training as required. 20-30% travel.
6+ years experience in technical/customer support in the software
industry. Combined database applications programming and/ or
customer support experience. Knowledge of RDBMS, UNIX, C.
Knowledge of Informix products (4GL, ESQL/C, Online, ect.) and
experience with oracle, sybase or Ingres is a plus. Excellent
problem solving, analytical, written and verbal communication
skills required. Previous Pre-sales experience a plus. Web
development experience is a plus.

clients. This company stresses that they need long term, loyal
employees. Some travel. 10-20%. Must have presentation skills
and the ability to work with clients. Needs to have strong
communication skills.
