Roz is one of the better direct marketers on the Net. Still I
wonder how successful they are for clients? I ask many people
who have used them, and never heard anybody say anything great
about them. They did take over the maintenance of a large
database from WebPromote which is part of the 1 million names.
Also, you sign up as part of announcing your URL using their
service, so it is questionable of how accurate the list is.
All I know is I got 9 copies of Wired Magazine and 9 invoices and
9 collection notices from Wired as a result of Postmaster Direct.
I spoke with Wired and they said they had a couple of similar
cases. I spoke with Roz and her tech guru and they finally got
it fixed (I think).
Does anybody have experience with them?
