The problem with Halcyon (coupled with the fact that their phone system has
been out this week -- USWest, hello?):

So, Al -- maybe you should yell at clever.net for allowing relaying. The
problem as I understand it, is that once a spammer ID's an ISP that allows
relaying, the message goes out to the SPAMMING world and suddenly everyone
is using that ISP -- which is why other ISPs then bounce messages from
there.
