USWest sure builds a great case in favor of monopolies for AT&T, don't
they? It's too bad we can't pick and choose between our monopolies, keeping

Which reminds me: the other night I saw an ad for Quest, a fiberoptic
system of some kind, on TV. Anybody know what that's about?
