I looked at it on a PC and it looked fine in MSIE 4.01, NS 4.04 and NS 3 at
16mil colors. Looked the same in each. Wondering, maybe the small horizontal
lines and the color combination made their eyes go screwy? Or maybe they
just thought it was supposed to be solid blue ;)

Looked fine in MSIE 4.01, NS 4.04, but found a problem in NS 3: the word
"Multidisciplin"? got cut off in the table cell, probably due to the cell
size limits. By confining your table cells to 70 wide (350 total) you may
run into problems when a single word is just too long to fit and doesn't
wrap. As long as you stick with a fixed-width table you'll have problems
unless you make sure that the cell widths are wider than your longest words.
Since you don't know what future words will be used, you have to guess at an
optimal cell width, or create/use some sort of program that does proper
hyphenation for you when word length exceeds a certain number of characters.

If you use a percentage based table you will lose the nice clean layout and
the squares won't stay square as the width changes to allow for longer words
(since you can't set vertical table percentages).

In lieu (sp?) of a screen shot, suffice to say that the word
"multidisciplin" gets cut off in the middle of the "n".

"Allopoietistic" fits, but hey, I think I'll hit reload for another card
without that word on it ;)

By the way, smooth use of cgi to generate the cards. Handy, easy,
convenient, user friendly...nice job on the site.
