Purpose. Even the blink tag can have a purpose. I think the problem is when
you see the wrong tool used for the wrong purpose.
I am going to work on a shopping cart (I hate that phrase) and I will use frames.
I personally think most shopping carts are terrible (except for some of the java
ones I have seen). I hate the jarring move from one page to another. It is like
telling a person to go in the store, select an item, then bring to the cashier so
they can put it in your cart and then you are supposed to go back into the
store. I would never do it in real life and I avoid it online.
