Why not set up a one page  "Welcome to the Future Home of..."
And add up 200 words to the pages in simple text that tells what
they do and how different they are.  Then when it gets spidered
your message will be there.  Some ISP's (i.e., Netcom) will set
up a home page with **their** message on it while you are working on it.
