IMHO, in relationships - business as well as personal, there is
"selection" done by both parties. Perhaps the best possibility is for
two people (or two companies) to choose each other. The introduction
must somehow take place. Even if there was a list of every single woman
meeting the above requirements, and you were able to select at will from
this list, there's no guarantee you'd get past the first email. Because
in order to get a response, another "selection" process would then also
be in effect ;-).
And then sometimes we talk about issues relating to web consultancy
<vbg>.
