Question: Anyone out there familiar with Computer Associates' OpenIngres dbase for web sites? By the grace of my boss, I've just been assigned the task of webmaster for our company. CA designed the site originally, with time it's become sort of static. It's also frame-based, seems like it takes a long time to load. I'm wondering if that could be driven by the server ar Nethaven, the dbase itself, or a combination of both.
