She said "webgrrl" not webgirl. That term may be used for either 
gender depending on the way you say it. If said softly it is feminine. 
Alternately it may be said in a much more growling fashion which makes 
it masculine. Of course there are those who are either confused as to 
how to say it or say it incorrectly for their gender. It is however 
a very politically correct term.
