One of the standard demos that was used with FoxPro was exactly what you
are looking for. I expect that the code may be available in the package,
if not it certainly can be found by asking in an appropriate newsgroup. It
was all based on the zip code file with geographic centroids that the USPS
sells. Of course you'll have to write the interface to FoxPro.
