Is this the correct structure for the bottom of a frameset page? BBEdit is
raising a fuss about it.
Also, do you normally put anything in between the <noframes> tags like,
"Sorry, this site requires a frames compatible browser?"
<noframes>
<body>
</body></noframes>
</html>
