While I agree with my esteemed colleague (geez, I'm on too may
law lists <g>) I think a more important issue has to be
considered -- what can be done to get the client to buy while
protecting you? The last thing a sales person ever wants to hear
is "Let me show this to my lawyer" (no offense Marshall). It
slows down the sales process. Yet, if the deal goes sour months
later, it's like divorce -- one the love is gone, all that's left
is dollars and cents.
